Buying a new mattress is a major investment. We want you to feel comfortable with your purchase from The Beloit Mattress Company.
That’s why we’ve instituted a 365-Night Comfort Assurance Policy.
If your new mattress isn’t providing the comfort and support you need and deserve, bring it back to our store.
We’ll make custom adjustments to your mattress right here in our Beloit, WI, factory to give you the perfect fit.
Important Eligibility Notice
Our 365-Night Comfort Assurance Guarantee applies only to premium models and does not cover mattresses in our Basics collection.
This policy is designed to give you extra peace of mind on our higher-end lines, where we stand behind long-term comfort and performance with a full-year trial.
Basics collection mattresses are built to deliver excellent value and quality at an accessible price point, but they fall outside the extended 365-night guarantee.

Didn’t choose the right feel?
- Return to the store after 30 days and before 365 days with your sales receipt.
- Choose the feel you would like to change to (some restrictions apply).
- We will change the mattress at no charge once, excluding transportation costs.
- If you choose to have it made like a higher-priced model you will be charged the difference.
Important. Be patient and give it some time
It is normal to not be 100% comfortable the first few nights of sleeping on a new mattress. In fact, it can take as long as a month for your mattress to settle in and your body to fully adjust to your new sleeping surface. We recommend that you take a month to give your body time to adjust. If after one month you have not adjusted to the mattress, we will change your mattress.
It is against state and federal laws to sell a bed that has been used for even one night so there will be no exchanges, however, because we have our own factory we can change the feel of your mattress by changing padding or even the spring system.
Lastly, remember to rotate your new mattress on a schedule. Mattresses should be flipped (flip-able) or rotated (no flip), head to foot once a month for the first six months and once every three months thereafter.
