Manufactured by hand in our Wisconsin factory, our CertiPUR Mattress Topper is the only mattress pad to combine quality materials like regenerated polyester fiber, CertiPUR-US certified foam, and comfortable Circular Knit fabric quilting.

CertiPur Mattress Topper (Our Basic)
Top Layer:
- Circular Knit Fabric
Middle Layer:
- Polyester Fiber – 1.5 ounces per square foot
Middle Layer:
- 1” High density CertiPUR-US Certified polyfoam
Bottom Layer:
- Cotton blend
- Caromar fabric in white
- 70% polyester
- 30% Cotton

Basic Handmade Mattress Topper
- The topper is approximately 2″ thick.
- The topper is multi-needle lock stitch quilted just like the top of a premium mattress.
- The quilting holds the fabric, fiber, foam, and backer together.
- We then put elastic straps on both ends to hold the topper in place on the mattress.
- The topper is finished with a tape edge, again just like a premium mattress.
- Keep clean, mattress protector recommended.Annually rotate topper end for end.
- Febreeze can be used to deodorize.
- Do not wash topper.

I have only had the topper a few days. Although it added a lot of comfort immediately. I am a side sleeper and sometimes wake with shoulder pain or mid/lower back pain.
