875 Luxcore Spring System with Power Edge
The unique zoning configuration of the fabric-encased coils means you get ideal firmness, comfort, and spring action, helping reduce that roll-off feeling while providing a consistent sleep surface that absorbs partner movement.
The revolutionary Vigor Edge Zoned Steel Perimeter features narrow-diameter Vigor coils that form a perimeter around the mattress, providing comfortable and superior support to the edge of the bed.
This spring system is ideal for platforms, foundations, and adjustable beds and is up to 28% cooler than foam (increasing airflow) and up to 26 % more durable than foam cores.
Comfort Layers
Upholstered on both sides with:
- 1.4 ounces bonded cotton & polyester insulator pad in the center third
- 1.4 ounces bonded cotton & polyester insulator pad
- 1.5-inch 1.8-pound convoluted density foam
- 1 inch of 1.5-pound density form & .6 ounce of cotton rayon fiber blend quilted to a luxurious knit cover
Our all-natural fabric materials are American sourced, so whether you need hotel beds, motel beds, or others, your guests can rest well knowing they are sleeping on healthy and environmentally friendly beds. Fabrics for our hospitality bed collection are sourced from:
- Culp Home Fashions fabrics encompass woven jacquard fabrics, knitted fabrics, converted fabrics, and sewn covers.
- Lava Textiles produces high-quality knitted fabrics using the top yards processed using circular jacquard knitting machines.

Hospitality beds include our exclusive 9” Heavy-Duty Amish-built wood foundations.
These premium foundations have three times the slats of the industry-standard foundation (18 slats, not 6) and double the center support compared to a traditional foundation design. Our foundations help reduce motion transfer and extend the life of the mattress.
