Our Verve double-sided (flippable) Innerspring hospitality bed is made with high-density foam & natural cotton to enhance the VertiCoil® Edge 460 coil spring system with Active Support Technology™ (on both sides) providing economical support and durability. Build Specifications
Technology:
460 VertiCoil® Edge Spring System by Legget & Platt – an open-coil design to stabilize the entire mattress using a strong perimeter. This system offers consistent coverage across the entire surface of the bed which reduces sagging and roll-off.
Comfort Layers:
Upholstered BOTH sides with:
- Flex net insulator over the spring system; prevent pocketing of materials in innerspring
- 1.4 ounces bonded cotton & polyester insulator pad in the center third
- 1.4 ounces bonded cotton & polyester insulator pad
- .625 inch 1.8-pound density foam
- Natural cotton batting
- 1.2-pound density foam & .6 ounce cotton rayon fiber blend quilted to a damask cover
Foundation:
- Exclusive 9″ Heavy Duty Amish-built wood foundation.
- This foundation has three times the slats of the industry-standard foundation (18 slats, not 6).
- This quality foundation is built with more vertical supports and double the center supports of most foundations.
- Our premium foundation is also available in 5″ high.
Active Support: Dynamic response to natural body movements delivers the support needed for deep, relaxing sleep.

Our all-natural fabric materials are American sourced, so whether you need hotel beds, motel beds, or others, your guests can rest well knowing they are sleeping on healthy and environmentally friendly beds. Fabrics for our hospitality bed collection are sourced from:
- Culp Home Fashions fabrics encompass woven jacquard fabrics, knitted fabrics, converted fabrics, and sewn covers.
- Lava Textiles produces high-quality knitted fabrics using the top yards processed using circular jacquard knitting machines.
