Flexecore®: Plush Comfort with a Purpose
Flexecore® is more than just a breakthrough—it’s a redefinition of what a mattress core can be. Engineered over five years and built to replace traditional foams and filler-heavy systems, Flexecore® brings together exceptional comfort and sustainable design in one remarkable innovation.
Instead of relying on dense foam layers or synthetic adhesives, Flexecore® uses a system of thousands of individually encased, high-tensile steel coils. These ultra-compact, responsive springs create a sculpted, body-conforming feel that adapts to your movements—delivering full-body plushness with reliable support underneath.
Built for the Body, Designed for the Planet
Flexecore® stands alone as the world’s first pocket coil system that’s completely adhesive-free and 100% recyclable. Its clean construction eliminates waste, reduces the need for raw chemical-based materials, and ensures that your comfort doesn’t come at the environment’s expense.
Where traditional mattresses may eventually end up in landfills or incinerators, Flexecore® can be fully reclaimed—setting a new benchmark in eco-conscious bedding design.
What Makes Flexecore® Different?
- Eco-Responsible: Fully recyclable with no glue, foam, or chemical fillers—just clean materials with a conscience.
- Luxuriously Plush: Compact, high-count coils provide elevated softness and gentle contouring, ideal for side sleepers.
- Advanced Wire Engineering: Precision-wound coils offer dynamic 3D responsiveness that hugs the body without collapsing under pressure.
- Award-Winning Sustainability: Recognized across the industry for its forward-thinking, zero-waste production process.
A New Era of Comfort
With Flexecore®, you no longer have to choose between comfort and responsibility. This system not only replaces bulky, outdated components—it delivers better airflow, longer durability, and consistent support throughout the entire mattress lifespan.

I feel incredibly lucky to have found this company and mattress! The mattress has a luxurious comfortable feel to it with a Goldilocks balance between plush and supportive. I had all but given up that it was possible and this would great for couples with differing preferences in comfort. The technology of the coils will give my mattress a long life. It’s expense to create so I know I’m getting true wholesale pricing. This mattress would EASILY cost double the price elsewhere, and few other companies are as passionate about the quality of their mattresses to even put in the extra effort. Gotta love the low environmental impact as well…it’s perfect!
